IgorSky
Hey to all! I can not use my familiar technology of making the hull of the model for some of my future projects, so I decided to try another technology. For this, a couple of months ago I decided to make a simple project just to learn and test this technology. I think you remember how Jack Sparrow appears at the beginning of the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean". This is the moment I chose for my training project. First I made a few screenshots. IgorSky
So, then I cut through the grooves for the frames. I made frames using double slats 0.5 mm thick. I stuck the frames only to the bottom plate of the above-water part of the hull. Lboro, Bernard Kelly, Moab and 5 others
IgorSky
Then I wrapped the parts of the template with a thin film. I also drew a line for the first plank of the boat board. IOAN, JesseLee, Lboro and 3 others

IgorSky
Then I continued to work on the edges and the surface, so that the parts of the boat fit tightly together. Also I added intermediate frames and gunwale. IOAN, Bernard Kelly, James w rogers and 5 others
