allan sib Posted August 17, 2021 Report Share Posted August 17, 2021 Hello I am a new member ,and have been sibbing for 46 years I started on a lightship and have never looked back,I also am a member of the EASIB for some 26 years,my claim to fame is that in 2000 I became the first person to launch a ship into a yard-of-ale glass also did a second one a few years later,as of this moment I am working on a Royal Naval Patrol service model I am preparing 3 ww2 trawlers for the 1 bottle the 3 ships are Coldstreamer Boyne and Sir Lancelot I have completed the first 2 and now working on Sir Lancelot.I still enjoy the hobby at age 78,so I, look forwards to seeing other members pics.
