This ghostly wherry is supposed to appear on the Norfolk broads at certain times of the year,the 2 ghostly figures are the villianous skipper chasing the owners dauhgter on the deck before killing her and the ghostly figure on the wheel is supposedly the mate looking on.The model is painted in luminous paint and glows in the dark.The full story can be found in Tales of East Anglia.
