Gwyl Blaser Posted May 9, 2015 Report Share Posted May 9, 2015 Hi Lextin, What type fo file is it you are wanting to upload? Our system takes jpeg, jpg, and png files for the avatar. Also the avatar size should be around 200x200 pixels. There is some cropping that can be done once your image is uploaded too. Let me know if you still have troubles uploading.
