In my attic I have a treasure trove of SIB magazines and came across an article which shows ratlines which are knotted onto the shrouds. The deadeyes shown here are made from a small diameter dowel which has been sanded down and shaped. Atop the deadeyes I used tiny glass beads. Quote Link to comment
